The smallest component of the human molecule is a vibration, the equivalent to a musical note.  Taking the time to learn more self-awareness at this level creates life experiences beyond that of all the greatest symphonies ever heard.

Mantra ~ A single-pointed focus and vibrational sound that aligns you with a frequency that brings peace and stillness into your centre.  The most commonly used mantra is OM (said as AUM), which represents your universal consciousness.

Mudra ~ Is a Sanskrit spiritual gesture, and in our meditation sessions we will practice hasta (hand) mudras.  In yoga and meditation, mudras are used in conjunction with pranayama (breathing practice), to stimulate different parts of the body and mind, and to affect the flow of prana (‘life force’ or ‘life energy’) within your body.
