KIDS MEDITATION (6-12 years old)  |  YOUTH MEDITATION (12-16 years old)
Offered during the school March break, July & August summer break, and the December/January winter break.  Sessions will include breath-work, gentle movements, and a guided meditation.  Longer sessions may include an art therapy, or creative exercise, followed by time for optional sharing.

MINI MEDITATIONS FOR YOUTH

heart  Just breathe.  Close your eyes or keep them open.  That’s it!

heart  Make a wish, or write your intention for your day or week.

heart  Play, colour, have fun – fly a kite!

heart  Smell some flowers.

heart  Sing your favourite song (watching a YouTube video doesn’t count!).

heart  Read a book to yourself or a sibling.

heart  Think about everyone and everything you love and care about.  Write it down if you want.

heart  Watch the clouds for animal shapes, or the stars for constellations.

heart  Give high-fives to your family & friends.  Share the joy!

heart  Wriggle your nose, or your toes!  Yes, it’s not just for kids!
