Inspired Meditation Circles: Sharing My Heart

Remember . . .  the entrance to the sanctuary is within you.

be open.
Meditation shows us that each day we can extend our hand and heart in compassion, kindness, love, light, and peace, and see quiet miracles.

Join our online Inspired Meditation Circle to learn about meditation and to support each other in becoming more mindful.  We begin each circle with our breath ~ just breathe.  Then we will check-in and share our experience of the past week/month, followed by a discussion on daily mindfulness practices, and ending with a guided meditation.

Together we will explore the mind-body-heart connection, including breath awareness, guided imagery, meditation techniques, journaling prompts, and creative practices.

No experience necessary.  Our classes are accessible to everyone.  And remember, meditation is a practice.  Please feel welcome.

Together we are all on a journey called life.  We are a little broken and a little shattered inside.  Each one of us is aspiring to make it to the end.  None is deprived of pain here and we have all suffered in our own ways.  I think our journey is all about healing ourselves and healing each other in our own special ways.  Let’s just help each other put all those pieces back together and make it to the end more beautifully.  Let us help each other survive.
