This page offers additional resources for our Inspired Meditation Circle students.

Together we will explore the mind-body-heart connection, exploring a different mindfulness practice, including breath awareness, guided imagery, meditation techniques, journaling prompts, and creative practices.


INSPIRED Meditation Circle
Tues April 7th | 11:30am-12:30pm EST

Breathwork:  Healing Light & Gratitude, with COVID-19 prayer.

Mind-Body-Heart Connection:  Acknowledging feelings, releasing mental & physical tension, healing.

Suggested Intentions:  Gratitude, community, online connections (friends/family/bringing groups together).

Self-Care:  We all know how important self-care is to us and to our immediate family & friends.  What self-care practices will you start this week (ideas & links below)?  Maybe start journaling your *daily* self-care practice.

Not only does the small stuff matter.  The small stuff isn’t so small.  it turns out to be huge.  Tiny shifts in viewpoint, in attitude, and in your efforts to be present can have enormous effects on your body, on your mind, and in the world.  Even the tiniest manifestation of mindfulness in any moment might give rise to an intuition or insight that could be hugely transforming…

What are some of the little things we can do to increase happiness and well-being?  According to Dan Gilbert, one of the authors of the happiness study:

“The main things are to commit to some simple behaviors – meditating, exercising, getting enough sleep – and to practice altruism …  And nurture your social connections.”
