YOU are MAGIC 💫🔮✨  {Sacred Sundays} are a place for you to reconnect with yourself, in an intimate and peaceful session of intentional rest.  Melissa will lead you through a restorative session that includes: breathwork, flowing into movement (light stretching, gentle yoga, or bindu yoga), and then moving into meditation (seated or lying down savasana).  To further your experience, a journaling or creative art practice will be used to explore your natural self.  And ending with a lying down yoga nidra session (yogic sleep).  Each session holds space for a sacred circle of sharing, deep inner listening, and release with healing.

What is yoga nidra?
Learn to be awake yet asleep ~ bliss for your brain.  Yoga nidra is a yogic technique which guides us into a state of deeply restful meditative awareness and inner stillness.  Many studies have shown that a 20min yoga nidra session can be the equivalent to a 3hr sleep!  This will be a longer 40-50mins restorative meditation where you will experience emotional, mental, and physical relaxation and peace.  Learn more on our Yoga Nidra page.

CLASS FLOW  Our typical class flow for a 2-hour session::
•  breathwork (pranayama) 10~15mins
•  movement (light stretching & gentle yoga) 15-20mins
•  meditation (seated or lying down savasana) 20mins
•  journaling or creative art practice 15~20mins
•  yoga nidra (yogic sleep) lying down 40~50mins


Time:  11:00am-1:00pm

Dates & Location:  Sun May 8th, 2022 – register for Mother’s Day.

Bring:  Yoga mat, meditation cushion (optional), comfy snuggly clothing, blanket or shawl for your comfort, journal & pen, water.
