If you are feeling stressed or anxious, practicing mindfulness in your daily life will cultivate self-awareness and inner peace to help you respond vs react to stress.

We will practice a combination of mindfulness meditation, body awareness, gentle yoga, and explore our patterns of behaviour, thinking, feeling and action.

The Heart Compass Method mentorship program explores seven concepts that combine to become your Personal Heart Compass, used for healing and spiritual development as we navigate our way through the seasons of life.

This holistic methodology was created by Melissa Bowers, and is a compass design based on the Seed of Life symbol in sacred geometry, with 7 modules or practice areas. There are six overlapping circles on the outside, which interconnect with the seventh circle in the middle, being the central heart practice. The Seed of Life symbolizes the interconnection of all life on Earth and Universal existence, similar to a spiral representing the evolution and growth of our soul.
